Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd - 1975

David Gilmour and Roger Waters collaborated to write the music, and Gilmour sang the lead vocal.
It was the title song in an album dedicated to Syd Barrett, one of their founding members (in 1965) who had left the band in April 1968 due to deteriorating mental health (mostly from drugs). They had all known one another from school days in Cambridge.
