Subject: Epipipto - Holy Spirit embrace
Hi Chris, Kingsley, John, Tim, Ashley, Gyan, Miriam, Dave, Onix, Anaru, Guy
Great little hyperlink I found here, the use of “epi-pipto” all throughout the New Testament.
It means “to alight upon” like a bird with wings – often translated “fall upon” when spoken as a reference to the Holy Spirit’s embrace e.g. in Acts 8:16 – and of course John’s resting against Jesus in John 13:25
